Travel arrangements made through LEATA are subject to the terms, conditions, policies, restrictions, and payment requirements of the applicable Vendor/Supplier. You agree to comply with all such requirements. Violation of a Vendor/Supplier’s terms may result in cancellation of reservations, denial of service, forfeiture of monies paid, or other consequences imposed by the Vendor/Supplier. You may also be responsible for costs incurred by LEATA as a result of your violation of applicable Vendor/Supplier terms.
When applicable, LEATA may provide Clients with access to a digital itinerary and related travel information through a third-party travel application or platform. The digital itinerary is provided as a convenience and includes reservations, confirmations, travel details, documents, notifications, and other information related to your trip.

  1. LEATA PROFESSIONAL PLANNING & DESIGN SERVICES FEES (P&D)
LEATA charges a P&D fee for each trip planned, designed, and booked. This fee covers the professional services required to develop your journey, including consultations, destination and travel requirements, itinerary planning and design, coordination, and personalized customization based on your individual preferences and needs.
The P&D Fee varies based on the number of travelers, itinerary complexity, travel style, and level of customization required. Because each journey is thoughtfully designed around the individual traveler, the fee is determined based on the scope of services involved.
Payment of the P&D Fee is due in full prior to LEATA providing travel-related planning, booking, or design services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The P&D Fee is separate from the cost of airfare, accommodations, transportation, activities, and other travel services provided by Vendors/Suppliers.
The P&D Fee is subject to the cancellation terms outlined in these Terms and Conditions and LEATA’s Professional Services Fee Agreement.
  2. AIR TRAVEL & SCHEDULE RECONFIRMATION
Once airline reservations have been made, the Client is responsible for reconfirming flight times, gates, airport information, and other flight details.
LEATA shall not assume responsibility for airline or ground transportation schedule changes. Clients should reconfirm flight information at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure for domestic flights and 72 hours prior to scheduled departure for international flights.
Airline e-tickets generally expire one year from the date of issue unless otherwise provided by the applicable carrier’s fare rules or the terms stated in the Client’s itinerary.
Failure to use a confirmed reservation may result in the automatic cancellation of continuing or return flight segments and forfeiture of some or all applicable airfare, subject to the airline’s fare rules and policies.
The separate Air Travel Disclaimer, Acknowledgment & Release governs the Client’s specific acknowledgment of the risks, responsibilities, limitations, and procedures associated with air travel.
  3. CHECK-IN
Due to enhanced security procedures, Clients are strongly encouraged to complete airline check-in at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure for both domestic and international flights, unless the applicable airline requires an earlier check-in.
Clients are responsible for completing check-in in accordance with the operating airline’s current requirements and within the applicable check-in period.
Clients should allow sufficient time for check-in, security screening, baggage processing, immigration, customs, and other airport procedures applicable to their itinerary.
By checking in for a flight, tour, cruise, or other travel service, the Client may be agreeing to additional terms and conditions imposed by the applicable Vendor/Supplier. If the Client has authorized LEATA to complete check-in on their behalf for any component of the trip, the Client remains responsible for reviewing, accepting, and complying with the applicable Vendor/Supplier’s terms and conditions.
  4. RIGHT TO CORRECT ERRORS & OFFERS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY
LEATA reserves the right to correct typographical, pricing, informational, or other errors.
All travel offers, incentives, promotions, fares, rates, and Supplier availability are subject to availability and may change without notice.

  5. UNUSED ARRANGEMENTS, MINIMUM PASSENGER REQUIREMENTS, AND MODIFICATIONS TO BOOKINGS
Travel arrangements are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the applicable Vendor/Supplier. Except where otherwise provided by the applicable Vendor/Supplier, there will be no refund for unused portions of tours, cruises, packages, accommodations, transportation, activities, or other travel arrangements.
Certain group tours, private departures, and other travel arrangements may be subject to minimum passenger requirements. If the required minimum number of travelers is not met, the applicable Vendor/Supplier may impose a surcharge, modify the arrangement, or cancel the booking in accordance with its terms and conditions.
If a Vendor/Supplier cancels a tour, package, or other travel arrangement because minimum passenger requirements have not been met, any applicable refund, credit, or other remedy will be governed by the Vendor/Supplier’s cancellation policy.
If the Client requests a change to any portion of confirmed travel arrangements before or during travel, LEATA will make reasonable efforts to assist, subject to the applicable Vendor/Supplier’s availability, policies, terms, conditions, and deadlines. Certain bookings may not be changeable or refundable.
All requests to change confirmed travel arrangements must be submitted to LEATA in writing and are subject to the Professional Service Fee Agreement. Additional Vendor/Supplier charges, penalties, and fare differences may apply.
  6. LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY & SUPPLIER DISCLOSURE
Each Vendor/Supplier for whom LEATA acts as a booking agent is an independent entity with its own management and is not subject to the control of LEATA.

Without appropriate travel insurance, a Client who cancels, interrupts, or changes travel for a reason not covered by the applicable Vendor/Supplier’s terms may be responsible for cancellation penalties, change fees, and other non-refundable expenses, potentially up to the full cost of the travel arrangements.
Travel insurance is not required to purchase travel-related products or services through LEATA. However, Clients who decline travel insurance are required to sign an insurance waiver acknowledging that they have elected to travel without coverage.
LEATA is not a licensed insurance broker and is not qualified or authorized to provide technical advice regarding insurance benefits, exclusions, conditions, coverage, or to evaluate the adequacy of a Client’s existing insurance coverage.
