Our 5-Step Process
Discovery: During the free discovery consultation, we uncover the spark of your adventure, your travel style, other details related to your trip, and if our services are the right fit for you.
Design: Like any professional services firm, we charge a professional planning and design fee based on the elements of your trip: the length of stay, complexity of itinerary, number of travelers, and any additional requirements. Once approved, we deliver a one-of-a-kind travel proposal within one week that outlines a personalized experience tailored to your travel style and goals.
Plan and Book: Here is where we create your digital itinerary that fully outlines the details all in one place. We expect there to be some revisions over the course of 10-15 days to ensure your vision is perfectly planned out. We then book your trip and work with our global network to take your experience to the next level through unique planned experiences and fun surprises along the way. We stay in communication with you up until the day of departure while providing you with relevant checklists, reminders, and other travel-related information to make your trip as memorable as possible.
Travel: Along with your itinerary, we provide you with a checklist that outlines every stop, confirmation number, phone number, and all the “extras” to expect so that you are taken care of and well-prepared. We’re also here to support you during your trip in case of emergencies, changes, questions, etc.
